As every person’s requirements are unique, please provide as much information on the medical history as possible.

I.e. Patients condition, age, weight, current oxygen usage etc




As stock changes daily, Items quoted on are subject to availability. Prices will remain valid for a period of 30 days. Quotations shall give a comprehensive description of the items, clearly indicating name, model, make etc. Discounted prices can be negotiated on quantities, please contact us for more information. Our products and the affordability to you are very important to us, so please could you send us feedback on our quotations!




A Pro-forma Invoice will be sent through to you on your acceptance of our quotation. Your order and Invoice will only be processed when proof of payment is received. By paying your invoice you have read and accept the terms and conditions.

All payments are due within 48 hours upon receipt of Pro-forma Invoice. Good’s will only be dispatched once payment has cleared.

Only EFT Payments will be accepted.




First Health Clinic is able to arrange deliveries throughout South Africa and neighbouring countries. We have negotiated competitive delivery rates with various transport companies to bring you the best possible rates with quality service. These prices will be added to your Invoice.


Incomplete or Damaged Orders


Upon receipt of your order please inspect packages. Have the delivery person note and sign for shortages or damages on all copies of the delivery receipt. Should there be damages or shortages, inform First Health Clinic’s office immediately.




We are dedicated to your satisfaction and are committed to offering outstanding customer service; therefore every effort will be made by the First Health Clinic’s sales team to ensure that the product delivered is exactly what you ordered. If we make a mistake, we will rectify the order at our cost.

First Health Clinic shall be under no contractual or other obligation to accept the return of any goods by the Customer except: in the event of any material error on the Company’s part as to the amount or type of goods delivered.


Return of goods for any other reason shall require prior written consent which consent shall be at the Company’s absolute discretion.

Consideration to requests for return may be given if of a bona fide nature, made within 72 hours of actual delivery and in original packaging, and in respect of goods specifically identified by Invoice Number.

All returns, regardless of the return reason are subject to a handling/restocking fee of up to 25% of the item price. Returns are subject to inspection to determine condition of merchandise prior to refunds being made. Freight for returned merchandise must be paid by customer.




If for any reason you would like to cancel an order you may contact First Health Clinic. While any cancellation of orders will be accepted at our sole and absolute discretion and we provide no warranty that any cancellation of any order will be accepted, any cancellation which we do accept will only be accepted in the event that you notify us of your intention to cancel prior to dispatch of the order in question. We reserve the right to debit you for the delivery fees in respect of any cancellations.



Warranties will be as specified on your invoice, as it differs from product to product. If the part broken is under warranty, it will be repaired on First Health Clinic’s cost, the customer is however responsible for courier fees to and from First Health Clinic.
